No, but I'm willing to bet you wouldn't keep changing them to hurt yourself, and furthur limit the topics that you could discuss.
I still think the best answer is to, instead of changing all of the rules, make an 18+ forum, or change the lounge into that.

There are all kinds of places on the net that you can go to discuss adult topics. These forums are for a game geared towards children, get over it.
There will be no "adult" forum.
