Well incase there was any legal issues, for instance if someone wanted to sue Graal for claiming copyright over their material.

You know, it is YOUR choice to create things for GraalOnline. You can do one of two things:

1) Upload it into the file browser.
2) Do not upload it into the file browser.

It's that simple!

Also, as mentioned, when creating an account, it's agreed upon the Rules of Conduct and User Agreement. You were supposed to read both documents before creating the used account, if not, then that's too bad, since that's what was agreed to!

Malinko, they may be agreements but they fail to qualify as contracts. As such, there is nothing that legally binds either party to a commitment.

This basically reinforces the "We can ban you for any reason we like" part, right? Because it is not like there is a contract that guarantees people not to be banned.

Exactly. The agreement is merely an agreement. It's not a legally binding contract. Anything you submit to GraalOnline infact legally does not become the property of GraalOnline.
