Linking Question

Ok, I hope this isnt to noobish since I have played graal awhile and been making levels for awhile also, But I never learned how to link a level properly. Like so I dont even have to teleport, they are all like 1 big level. Anyone know where I can find out how to do that?

Do you know how to link two levels together though? For example an inside = > outside?
