Sure you could. But that doesn't mean that they will remain jailed infinitely.

Sure you can, other servers do it.
Actually, that's where this stems from. I'm getting sick of people PMing me crap with 'omg r u rly ***??? i dont have a problem with ***s or anything but u do kno god wont let u in heven?? u should change!'

Pretty sure you can't. So far I've seen 2 people globally banned by Ibonic for banning other accounts with a reason like that. Might be because the language was inappropriate, or the overall reason.

Seems like they've been listening to Shirley Phelps-Roper too closely.

If that's the case though, I don't think the ban would be based on religion, but if they are being persistant about that sort of thing, it would probably constitute as harassment.

This is very subject to change, and you certainly should not be banning people from any server on a discriminative grounding.
