I would define a noob 2 ways.
1- Sucks at fighting so the person resorts to lame tactics.
2- A person who truely believes he is better than you, but obviously isn't and he is too blind to realize it.

I hate Hitler as well... but he was genious, you cant deny that.. he had everything figured out... he just played a few cards wrong, such as turning on Russia and callin a Cease fire on Britain...
