There's something not right about it but I don't know how to explain it...The shape, it's like the blade is not a the right angle and the handle doesn't meet the base of the dagger at the right angle either.

Curt1zzles right, the dagger is a little off.
I love the work but the lineart that you started with doesn't quite hit the mark.

The perspective that the blade is viewed at and the perspective of the handle are completly different. The handle demands a different angle for the blade than you have shown

hmm only a few hints so it wont look like the ocean x.x

and it is only poorly shaded use more different pixels probaly....and it the colors should differ smoother :P
