Malinko is a PWA and have as all PWA's global RC, that doesn't means he have the power to ban someone on GK for scamming.
Graal Police have all the power they need to check accounts and to ban players. There is no Admin right that you need to help in the case of scamming.

I understand that i was scammed, but I am not referring to just scams. If anything GK related goes wrong after these times, there is no GK staff/admins on that can deal with a problem, and it's a bit disconcerting.
