Support Center?

I submitted a couple tickets about a month ago, and basically forgot about them as I stopped playing, thus stopped caring. When I checked the status of the two tickets amazingly neither of the complaints I made were addressed. They were both closed, neither with a valid reply. I could understand why, from a certain point of view (as the two tickets were the same but addressed to two different people, the Guild Admin, whom the ticket was complaining about, basically informing them that they needed to make a change to how they ran the GuildCP--didn't really expect a reply from him as he has ignored all my previous attempts at contacting him--and one to whomever else reviews the 'Other' section, I think Unixmad made the initial reponse).

I'm not entirely sure where to forward my complaint, I've made numerious tickets/posts/forum PMs to the Guild Admin which were ignored (well technically not ignored, he viewed them and deleted them). I am very upset on how my ticket(s) were handled and the overall poor customer service I received. This is kind of sad. I was going to reupgrade but I don't see what I'm paying for. I don't care for the gold/hosted servers, I have unlimited classic, I would only use it on the forums (50$ to use the forums for a year?), and now with the poor customer service I decided against the upgrade.

Edit in reply to Malinko:

I might take the time to resubmit my ticket a little later on but the Support Center hasn't been very kind to me as of late. I find it rather annoying that I need to make yet another support ticket considering I made 2 previous on this topic, and several others relating to the topic and not one was responded to.

Hi.

Well, all complaints sent to the GraalOnline Support Center are read from most of the global staff members. Of course, once those tickets are read, we do check into the complaint that was reported. Sometimes not all tickets are responded to because the problem is solved and most people re-check their complaint to see if it further continues, but most of the time, those problems are solved. If there are further complaints about an issue, as it is not solved, then please submit a new ticket with reference to the previous ticket, even if there isn't a response. We will do the best we can to check the issue again to see if someone else checked it before, and if not, solve the problem.

Edit:
To the moderators, if maximus_asinus decides to post within this thread about his issue, then please do not close or delete the thread, but move it to the Global Link forums under the private forums so it can be discussed rather than tell him to go use the GraalOnline Support Center. Thanks.

Okay that seems a bit dumb. IMO EVERY support ticket deserves at least ONE reply. Every ticket should get a closing comment before closing it out.

Even if one of the correspondences back and forth between the person responding says "Okay I fixed it" The last response should be the results of the ticket. IE:

"GuildCP error reported has been fixed by Ibonic on 04/02/2006. Problem was guilds with ID > 20000 were not saving right to the database etcetc"

This is so we can go back to tickets and see whats been done, etc. So I sure hope if this is the case (what you say about sometimes people view and dont even respond) that this is fixed because its not right.

Well, most of the time there is so response within the ticket, but the closed / solved reason is in the ticket, but not in the "posting" and "posts" section.

I'll just quickly show you one of the tickets, I'll hide my message but the other box underneath mine is the actual response. Nothing is in it as you can see.
