HitmanJ2XX has a little shameless behaviour in the past
let me check but last time i saw, trials can be in a guild BUT they cant wear tags, increases member count yet in a way weakens the guild

Trials should be able to have everything for 2 weeks (irl time) and then go to the way they are today.

I feel 2 weeks would be too long and trials would just continue to create more and more trials for the sole purpose of that 2 week membership. The way I see it, you should be able to ban trial IP adresses from that 2 week membership after they have their X amount of days to see what it's like to be P2P.

Too bad for them.

edit: How about a filter that only allows one account to get through?

I like the idea, the IP ban sounds good because you can filter it so only P2P's can log in from that computer once the week or so is over.

The only problem with that is, sometimes my ip adress will change at random points in time or about once a month by 1 or 2 numbers. If theirs works this way then we have a problem.

like i said, give trials the ability to shoot the guns in the dropship, the feeling of a gun is what appeals mainly to fighters, not the damage, and anyone who tells you different doesnt follow themselves then

i use appirces cause i like the way they feel, not because they do 40 max

let trials shoot the bluerifle, redrifle, stormrifle, etc in dropship...you dont have to give them the stuff especially since stormrifle is a 4k exp needed thing

but im still big on tags, why hasnt stefan talked back about this? o_O

ive seen it been discussed over like 50 times and havent heard anything from an admin on it

vips are affected =[

edit: i correct myself, i dont just use appirces, i use a lot of weapons in the game cause i love the different feelings, etc...

No.
The problem I see with giving trials tags, some VIP could just make 100 trials, have them each wear his tag once a week and he would be the only member in the top rated guild.

you honestly think...VIPs would go through that trouble? no...no way man, that is way too much work, i know old guild leaders that wouldnt even take the time doing a small portion of that

i mean, alone with the way graals time takes, it takes at least 2 days to even MAKE and ACTIVATE a new account, trust me, i know

and trust me...maybe 1 or 2 accounts would happen like this now that you brought it up lol, but it never happened before when they did have tags =/

all im saying is guilds were a lot...happier back then =/

First off, stop turning this into a discussion about trials, the admins haven't responded to it because they don't care about people who have nothing to do with their profit or making graal a better game. Back on topic, laming is annoying when you're being lamed, their should be some kind of protection against laming other than the 2 seconds, I was thinking auto turrets mounted near the HQ so they can be defended easier, but I'm pretty sure making an NPC script for that would be hell.

Is it so hard to make it so that trials can only wear guild tags while inside the Guild Wars planet? Wow...

geh thatd be pointless then, in some aspects it would

look, all im saying is there were NEVER problems that typhoon is bringing up...NEVER problems when trials had tags, everything was still even, it was FINE, then out of nowhere stefan removed their tags -_-

it WAS fine, itll BE FINE unless you keep giving ideas -_-

do the damn ip address thing if needed, trials not having tags kills vips, maybe not you typh, but many other vips

Agreed. If he wishes to help trials so much why isn't he STILL a trial? Kill the same bird twice with the same stone. If he's a trial he can be a trial crusader being a trial, right now it's like a republican representing a bunch of democrats. And the second reason, he'd be off of forums. No more complaining from him.

trials need tags back, plain and simple, it was RETARDED to remove em, and i say retarded cause it mainly effects vips =/ im not trying to insult anyone, but damn i always thought that was stupid

Er, I stopped messing with learning how to code a while back, but can't something be done with
NPC Code:
if (playerchats) {
if(strequals(#c,blah)) {
}
}

I dunno, maybe you can make it like Maloria's system?

If you're saying that it could be done that way with a tag, it'd be required to have a script that finds the level name and, if it starts with the required level name, it allows them to put their tags on only in that dropship/field?

If thats what you're saying, it really isn't that hard.

If you can do that, fine. But #c is for chat, so if you make a script that checks for guild membership and at the same time allows the tag if that flag comes up as true, then it should work x-x
