Seems Bjorn has had another brilliant idea (sarcasm) by deciding to take off food from restoration. Instead of actually asking the people who play GK he just randomly decides to do it becuase obviously he knows whats best for GK...i meen look at all the good ideas hes had (more sarcasm). Food needs to be re added to the prayer. Now its hardly any different from the heal spell except for it cures a disease sometimes but not always and costs way more grace. Im sick of having a manager who doesnt take any imput whatsoever from the players and just does whatever the hell he wants to.

Agreed... the big problem, like Deo said is Restoration is now useless. Just use heal and save.

Well, of course among the many other "managerial" problems on GK.

Indeed, it's a great idea (no sarcasm) but too bad it was not mine. It was suggested on forums about 2 weeks ago

It's great, because now farming makes sense again. Before it was almost useless. You can easyly get food you just had to do something now.

Personally, I would have liked restoration to just give less food (100-200) not NO FOOD.

But that can be adjusted, si? I would also like to see food deteriorate less quickly.

That's probably the most important part of it. As it stands, if you follow no special food-replenishing gods or don't own a sutenance amulet, your food drains at 1 food per second. That gives you approximately 17 minutes and 5 seconds before you have to re-get food. Please adjust the food depletion script to 1 food per every 5 or 10 seconds, give restoration disease curing and 1-200 food, and the problem's solved, and I don't think so many of us will be griping about it.

I agree, I dont mind and am actually in favor of food having a value in the game. I just think that it does go down really fast and maybe it could have a few hundred to get you by if your low on food, and arent carrying any.

If you are going to nerf restoration then you might as well take it away... the prayer Heal does the same thing and costs considerably less grace...

the food on restoration is the only thing that kept people PKing... when you run out of food and have to spend 10 minutes killing stupid shell bomys to get food, then it really takes away from the PKing experience...

Aside from the point, if restoration is going to be like that, then it might as well be removed, because it's just taking up space.

I think Draenin is right. We should slow down the need of food. If I remember right Zero Hour already suggested this in the other thread where the idea came up to remove the food part from the restoration prayer.

(There is still the create food prayer).

No it is not. You can still restore things like a poison or other diseases.

Right now it's incredible overkill for what it does.

Realistically? The tavern is a joke. When I go to the Tavern I want to pick up anywheres from 50 to FIVE HUNDRED jerkies. Currently, I can only be sold 8.

Who wants to run to the tavern every five minutes? Not me.
