If you look at the flags in a database NPC, they are like:
1,1,1,1,1

and not:
{1,1,1,1,1}

Oh, I thought he meant setting them.

Edit: Wait a minute...It doesn't matter how it looks, since you can't set the way it shows up in the flags of dbnpcs.
