Which is very rewarding, but not everyone uses the phone or T.V. all the time, so I am not sure why Stefan you keep mentioning that.

You have mentioned it to me many times in the past, I am beginning to wonder how many people you know that are addicted to these things. There are many people who are not addicted to these things, and there are other things to do besides that, which are constructive. Don't you agree?

I agree with you that making a playerworld is more self-expressive than watching T.V. all the time, or talking on the phone for hours, but at the same time, using the computer too much is not good at all for your eyes, your posture and neck, nor, Knorr, for your (lol) face-to-face encounters with people.

Or you could get a g/f, lan buddys, or subsitute your addiction with another game.

I think to me Graal is more of a past time, I dont know how you'd look at it though.

I have a great life out of the house, I hang out with friends and go to my local city to skate every weekend.

I thought I could quit Graal a few years back...
And here I am. Graal is the ultimate paradox. It's the best and worst thing in the world all at the same time. There are many affects on a player once a Graal addiction settles in:

Slight loss of interest in pretty much all other games. They're just not as interesting once you've played something that you enjoy that much more.

The feeling that the sense of joy comes from the sight of a small colorful stone and/or obtaining a new hat. For some reason I enjoy getting hats in any other game very much now also, especially in Animal Crossing.

Lack of interest in real-life social activity. Once you become dependant upon Graal as your main source of social interaction, getting back into a real social life is near impossible. On Graal you can say what you want to people, and you never have to look them in the eyes or fear the consequences.

You'll want argue with just about anyone on the subject of just about anything for no particular reason in general. You'll also find that it's much easier to do this on Graal than in real life- therefore, once you get used to acting this particular way it may become hard for you to stray away from Graal for large sums of time.


Who else has literally had what would seem like withdrawals at one point? I remember the first time I was away from Graal for a long period of time--I couldn't get my mind off of it. I was itching to play Graal and I knew that I needed it to satisfy myself. That's just something that is hard to grow out of.

Social Withdrawals? No. Withdrawals from other games? No. Interesting game to get started into? Yes, how I got into it.

Fact is, my social life is fine I hang out alot with friends and I skate whenever with them.

I found graal to be interesting because of the design. Small round characters running about frantically. That's what I wanted to see. I had always thought about an intense game like that, obsessively hitting each other with a pixelated sword.
