Sorceror's Cloak (resist cold+15) changed to Apprentice's Cloak(resist magic, cold, fire, electricity +5)
Recipe using Apprentice's Cloak to make Sorceror's Cloak(resist magic, cold, fire, elec+15)(magic+1)
Recipe using Sorceror's Cloak to Wizard's Cloak(resist magic, cold, fire, elec+25)(magic+2)(pow+1)(int+1)

Of course the 3rd cloak recipes would have to be made EXTREMELY HARD. And it would be cool if the 3rd Cloaks had particle effects.

The idea is cool.

The idea for the sorceror's cloak, however, is overpowered by comparison to the Fire Mastery cloak o-o

Nah... you're not factoring in diminishing returns of additional resistance items.

Although the fire mastery cloak gives fire attacktype according to his example...which could be very useful.
