Idea for having a Cape Shop, and Capes

Capes would be a clothing that you wear that is ontop of any worn body armor. The capes will vary by design and color. There would also need to be a blank template at the shop to reset a cape to nothing if you want to remove the cape. This would be free of cost.

The shop will have a NPC character which will allow the player to drop their Evil Bomy Lord Hearts onto the NPC to gain 1 Cape Certificate per 20 Hearts(just example of cost)

Capes costs may vary. And will give this Evil Bomy Lord Heart, an unused item, item a value on the market, allowing it to be a luxury item instead of wasted space.

Capes will make people look nice, and important. They can help to organize people into ranks for kingdom battles as well, for ease of command.(One rank wears one set of capes, another wears a different type)

The Cape would have no real armor value, and would be a clothing. So it would not be needed by all, and players, even new players, may spend time hunting Evil Bomy Lords to find hearts.

Id like to hear what you all think. Good? Bad? Dumb?

I think it sounds kind of neat actually. Its more content atleast. New clothing especially, something new to make players look different from one another.

We have the graphics now and will add them soon. There are cloaks which are just for looking cool, and others which give resistance to special things. It's already in the engine, we have just not used that yet. Once we have added the round-based fighting we can also use the mudlib-bow thing where you can equip a normal weapon and a bow at the same time and then choose which attack you want to use.

Well, it's cool to see that cloaks are being added.

However, the round based fighting... What are you thinking?

Round based will be fun, IF its possible to level. I am going to dislike it if I am only getting 10k per worm, when it takes even longer for round based.

Well we could also add stronger monsters then, since it is not that easy to kill them by using some trick / glitch

Correcting the curve of experience, adding monsters that will actually allow you to level properly, and getting rid of weapon prepping would allow full bmode to be active without much complaint.

Also, the monsters are easy to kill without using any tricks / glitches, and that's a bit of a problem. It's the players that are hard to fight, and it's because of all I just mentioned.

Ah, thank you Stefan for letting us know. I will be looking foreward to the cloaks and such.

I like the plans, turn based fighting would be interesting to see. I'll be looking foreward to it. Hopefully it will also include a use for weapon speed. New and harder monsters is always great, I always felt we needed alot more monsters.

As for Draenen I agree partly, weapon improvements would need to be removed to have a more fair and equal pvp environment. However you would also need reduce the amount armor could be enchanted, maybe cut that in half, from +12 to +6 as being the maximum.

Stefan, is there a time frame on when the turn based fighting will be tested/fully implemented?

YAY! YAY! YAAAAAAAAY! I'm happy enough to commit suicide.. oh well, 'nuff said about that.

Do we get a preview of thoose.. New cape graphics? I mean, its christmas!
