And how did this become a strafing thread, its meant to help noobs not to argue about strafing, I am sick of people making my threads into arguements, take it to graal or pms if you want to argue about strafing is lame or not.

1. Strafe only with rifles or people will waste time arguing on how "lame" you are.
2. Do not lame because you will gain a bad reputation and be hunted by most of the good players relentlessly.

HERE ARE THE TIPS TO NOT BE CALLED A 'newb/noob/nub'

1) When you fight, move around
2) after you've killed your opponent press a, then take your weapons out again (so no reload in next battle)
3) don't strafe unless ur using a riffle
4) don't use proxi's
5) don't use anyother grenade
6) when you come to mines (from bikes) throw a grenade, just to be sure it's not your opponents
7) learn to move around and still have a pretty good aim
8) get some skill nooblets


and stop flaming OR ELSE...i say whoever starts flaming from now on, gets jumped on zone, anyone wit me?!

i agree and if you wanna get better go to iricia and kill more noobs or base lame but not really base lame like using a gun.... then once your at Deathmatch (DM) spar ppls

Also dont think about aiming at your target just think about dodgeing and shooting where you think they will go (FireBoX gave me this tip)

Wow this thread makes me proud that Darlene hasn't ever deleted my posts...

What I like to do wile sparing is use G18... Make sure you don't hold the shoot key wile sparing. Its like Uzi's on Era. If you lay down on the trigger someone will move around the streight line of fire. Only if you get really close and your on an angle to them (top left/right, bottom left/right) use rapid fire.

G18 is good but its hard to spar with. When I use them my record is like 5-6. Good tip though.

Very true. But keep in mind that like appirces, you need to keep at it for a wile. I've been practicing with G18 for quite some time... (look at score board for info...). Plus before I was a member I had a good 2000 kills with them...

Ya but appirces are the weapon of choice for sparring.

yeah, its true, although with the way a lot of people spar, sometimes you dont need to move, and you can win (ive done this before against a nameless opponent, because if I said his name he'd deny it and hunt me down irl)
