If there's not a war going on, why are Samurai civilians enemies to Forest and vice-versa?

If there is no war than why is Forest enemy of Samurai?
It doesn't make sense to put a kingdom as Enemy if you don't have a reason, and if you do Damix you could atleast tell us why you did it.

I think Draenin and Mydia basicly summed up my response to this.

Before I answer this, directed at Draenin, read my other posts if you would like your question on how it was out of character.

I repeat that I do not like the current direction that Forest is going. As I have told Draenin this is an internal affair. I have declared no war as of yet. Its very easy to be an enemy of someone but not actively fighting them. People here fail to see this.

What 'direction' are you talking about?

I've been in Forest for a pretty good time now, and I'm enjoying the 'direction' it's going, otherwise I'd be fighting against it myself.

I've seen some of the work Draxx has been doing and I like it. So...again...what 'direction' are you talking about?

It is an internal affair. As I have told everyone from your kingdom who asked me. Your 2 leaders can contact me if they wish to discuss more.

Um...

Let's see, if BO is any example of where this is going to go:

Step 1)You declare as enemies in attempts to get us to change our ways.

Step 2)We don't change our ways.

Step 3)There's little you can do as evident of BO still existing.

So...what the hell is the point in this again? And what 'direction'? Stop dodging the damn question. I'm beginning to question your reasons everytime you post.

Different situations heed different outcomes.

I've already stated who will get an answer, and that is not you.

You've said its an internal affair, but I don't think you understand what that term means....declerations of war on external kingdoms is by definition not internal.

If you are trying to use the game mechanics of the diplomacy system to impact the decision making process of another kingdom, while refusing to take the RP responsibilities and implications of that, then you are in fact metagaming.

If you do something public, such as change the diplomatic war status with another kingdom, you can't use the "its a secret" excuse to avoid explaining the reason for it. Well, you can, but I would hope you would understand that most people will think its a rather dumb thing to do.

Are you stupid? There has been no declaration of war as of yet.

How did that turn into the diplomatic war status? I have stated that kingdoms can be enemies, but not actively engaged in a battle.

I will explain to the leader of there kingdom if he/she contacts me. I don't need to explain to every single member of that kingdom or other kingdoms that ask me. It as simple as that.
