Complaint.

I was banned on unholy nation, by Lance for massing out the word "SH!T" and making fun of a person in a mass message, he had banned me before for another useless reason, and he has obviously banned me again over a grudge, as I am certain any other global staff member would have told me to stop, or would have given me a warning. the exact mass message was something like
"she's a loser she looks like SH!T"
and without warning, or even a PM I was banned, I think this is EXTREMLY unfair on my parts, as saying 1 simple swear word in a mass message, is not bannable, maybe not even jailable!! please PLEASE check up on this, account: RDxtreme234

Note: please would a high staff member reply to this, i've emailed about 4 global admins e-mails, and i've gotten NO response at all. Also I have 2 backups to confirm my story, one being a staff member aswell.

Additionally, by the looks of your comments on Unholy Nation, you probably already knew that what you did was against the rules. Your earlier bannings for the same reason should be warning enough, in my opinion.

That's not the point, I do know that it was "slightly" against the rules, but does it require a ban? I don't think so, also just because you've been banned does this mean if I do 1 thing I get rebanned? how is that fair in my part, I paid another 35$ for the game, that should clear my record completly, and if not that would be considered "profiling" and where im from, this is considered "illegal" and "abusive" and if you don't know what profiling is, it's marking a target on past actions or looks. In a real world example, if you've been caught for stealing before, and you get caught again, does that give the officer the right to shoot and not ask questions? I don't think so. And not even is the no warning issue bogus, but the whole OFFENCE is bogus aswell, Banned for saying a swear word in a mass message? you tell me is that fair? Don't even try and say that it is. Everyone deserves a second chance, or a warning, and he did not give me this.

I would advise reading the RoC before claiming that what you did was not against the rules.

For example, if a player is using abusive language to others in the Forum, s/he will be prevented from using the forum. If a player is disruptive in events, s/he will be prevented from competing in events.
* Third violation: The user will be locked out of GraalOnline for a period of up to one month, and will be notified via Email.
* Fourth violation: The user will be locked out of GraalOnline permanently without refund.
By looking at your comments, it looks like this is the sixth time you've been banned for something like this. It could be much worse. Like I said, your earlier bans should have been warning enough. I'd say the reason you got in trouble is fair as well, since you agreed to the rules which explicitly mention cursing when you signed up for your account. Again, as per the forum rules, if you want to argue about it, you should talk to Lance.

Uh oh! looks like I never recieved a "3rd violation" I was permanentally banned from UN, not a 1 month ban. And I refuse to talk to Lance, as it is trying to talk to a child who wont give up something.

Don't do the crime if you can't do the time .
