When is the last time you restarted the npcserver? It was needed to fix this problem. Does anybody else still have the problem?

I don't think this is a problem anymore. I was having the same problem before the NPC server update, but after it went away.

I'll restart the npcserver and then post here again (or edit this post) if it happens again.
