I just thought what elven race would be complete without Bladesingers, or bow and spellsingers for that matter.
BLADESINGER OATH
I walk in the light but darkness surrounds me;
Mighty are the foes of my people;
I am their shield;
My blood for their blood,
My life for their life;
My sword and I are one;
We will serve our people and The Elven Way.
I have sworn this Oath upon my life;
This day and forever, I name myself Bladesinger.
Out of all the elves few are as deadly or capable as the Bladesinger. Spending most of their life mastering their chosen weapon. Although their magic is nothing compared to their melee skills, making them rely more on physical combat rather than magical. Unlike other elves who stay at home to protect the elven way Bladesinger activily enforce it by taking the fight to their enemies. Though not always as confrontation they act as diplomats first, enforcers second.
Quickly identified by their agility and grace Bladesingers are also easily identified by their beautiful (and exotic) weapons. The rythmic steps of the Bladesong (fighting style of the Bladesinger) shows them to be gracefull during battle but also position him in tactical striking positions for offense or defense. Grasping the flow of the battle around him, his feet move him through the steps needed to have the advantage
