Attention citizens of dustari...This is how the post announcing the event started off.

It didn't say attention citizens and random people who want to get free items and have some free time.

Andrew you are just here fighting a losing battle, it was posted that it was for Dustarians, a week before the event giving people enough time to get on and apply if they wanted to. So there is no reason that someone couldn't have participated. Well of course except you cuz you cant get in, we are enforcing a strict anti-xAndrewx policy. So far it is working well and I hope it only continues to get better.

Losing battle? You didn't say the event was for Dustari ONLY.
