Is it not kind of sort of just maybe part of the whole...point...of roleplaying to worry about the other kingdoms? Roleplaying kingdoms are not (usually) isolationist sort of things.

Plus, when one kingdom starts breaking the rules of roleplaying, it starts setting a really bad precedent.

I don't think roleplaying is based around worrying about other kingdoms.
Roleplaying is about interacting with other people.

And if a nation in the real world breaks the laws of the world, then that nation is punished and changed so that it will adapt to those rules.
