Inventory menu bug

When you have a container opened and you drop an item (at least when you drop an item that's inside the container), or move an item from the container to your inventory, or vice-versa, the inventory menu gets broken (pressing Q won't show it, you have to hold Q, enter a new level, close the container, and then enter another new level just to fix it once). Well, the inventory is still sort of there, but invisible... clicking where the item icons would be applies them. I am using v4.
