Your cliffs shouldnt change thickness like that unless they're merging with another layer of cliff...

The attempt was good because cliffs are a ***** to do and you didn't do such a horrible job (and I know how long and hard it probably was to try and find all those right tiles).
But besides the mistakes you made on the cliffs you did other silly things like the whole grass design and the stupid hole looking thing.
Also I noticed there is something not quite right about the waterfall.
6/10.
Nice try.

More tips.

- Don't use NPC trees where regular tile trees will do the job. Learn to connect tile trees, don't avoid it.

-Fix your cliffs. Like I said, they shouldn't change height unless they merge with another layer of cliffing.

-Get rid of those dead trees. The graphic is hideous.

- The pond that the waterfall is coming from seems a bit small to have such a large waterfall.

- Dont think using castle stairs on those cliffs is such a good idea... Make a ladder graphic and script a ladder NPC for there.

Keep posting updated screenshots of your progress... There are way too many problems to address all at once.

The Detail is'nt all that great
You need less of it o.O
the cliffs need more curves in them,
the NPC trees are interesting i guess,
but its not a very good level overall ":[

Your cliffs are almost completely wrong, there's way too much detail, you don't know how to connect tiled trees so you use NPC trees which are ugly, the waterfall/river is poorly tiled and the caves don't look very good either.

I'm sorry, but it gets a 2/10 for effort, but no more... try reading some tutorials or something, I believe there are some stickied on this forum (though I could be mistaken)
