I think increased speed would be more useful because no one is gonna use an armor that slows em down to like a pathetic lil heavy infantry maybe increased speed increased def but same attack and increased hp but armor costs like 80000 or sumtin

But armour isn't made to make you faster... It's made to protect you. You have to sacrifice something, and with armour, it's speed.

The things Saiyan posted are big honking metal suits. Don't try to tell me that those wont slow you down. Even if they do have a motorized skeleton inside, they wouldn't make you go any faster.

You can find basic armour in the modern world like kevlar vests... They wont slow you down as much as a suit of power armour, but they aren't going to provide as near as much protection.

Go play a Fallout game. (I suggest Fallout Tactics)
