...anything... all i can do is go back and forth between the maim menu and info pages. i have no acces to the other things, i have bought a server, i should be able to use these, right?

Admin-Playerworld accounts only have access to the following:

Control Panel Usage Guide
Check Account Signature
PlayerWorld Server Management
ADCP Administration Tools

The other options are for Global Administrators also. If you read the bold titles in black once you log in, it says the position in which the option is accessible for.
