shockedfrog has a small s.
Why am I missing from the lower lists? Also, Fox seems to have disappeared from the bottom list.
Peeker and Mr. Bear started GC (when it was a part of LAT) at the same time as me - I'm not entirely sure (since I'm gathering information from 4 year old ICQ history), but I think they were probably also both considered admins. Also, I believe Tyhm has worn a tag stating he was GC Admin, also back when GC was a part of LAT.
Lycia might have been LAT admin - I gave her team an award on Graal Update, but I'm not sure if she was actually admin at that time, or if she was a part of Nightlord's team.
Antago might have been LAT admin, although he might also just have been LAT, but acted like he was admin
Was Bruges ever LAT chief? Before my time, but he seems one of the likely admins judging by the stuff he made.
If you haven't already, try going through graalonline.com at www.archive.org - I looked at a few staff pages and didn't find anyone already mentioned, but I didn't check many of the pages. Also, AlexanderYoshi (who might have been GP chief once, but I don't think so) might remember some of the old names - assuming it's the same AlexanderYoshi (there can't be that many of them) he now makes a well known WoW mod called Cosmos at www.cosmosui.org and you can probably contact him from there.

Other than that, I don't think another modification is required.
