ya, but then it wouldn't be much fun
if different armors, costed different amounts of money(not a like 2-3 thousand difference, but like a 7-10 thousand difference) then most of the people wouldn't be wearing the same armor, plus like i was saying in another post, that you could combine the armor and come up with different combinations, to get your character the way you wanted him to be.(like he could be faster with different combinations, or he could have bullets do less hp with another combination, or he could not waste as much energy with another combination of armor, and so on...)
