Enable Server Stuff

I think in the future that you can use admin panel to enable classic accounts for the server and all that stuff.

This would take away from the money base.
Players buy PWs
Players buy Gold and VIP to work/play on the PWs
If PW ever grows and gets on the hosted tab, Classic accounts are able to play it.\
If it gets on the public tab everyone is allowed to play it.

Its like some sort of step system that gets graal money along the way.
