Uhm.. drag and drop the image you want uploaded to the 'levels/images' folder.

I would suggest not uploading your entire webgifs folder, if that's what you were thinking of doing. It will freeze your RC if you try to look at the folder again, and it would also take awhile, so it's not worth it.

..to use an image from the webgifs folder, just put it's name in the 'Image:' box along with the file extension.

If you want to use the same image, make sure it's uploaded to the 'levels/images' folder of your RC FTP.

Then you're doing something wrong.

Make sure the filename in the 'Image:' box is exactly the same as the one that is in your local webgifs folder.

ex: couch.png

Your image must not be set correctly to load with Graal.

You have to drag and combine with the Gif2Mng program found in your Graal folder and it will overwrite the .png with a new version, or if you did it with a .gif, it will make a .png of the image you combined it with.

Does the image work offline?
If not, it maybe because of how you saved it: I can't remember exactly what bit size graal supports, I usually save mine in 8 bit '.png' format via Photo Shop.
