The in jokes in chapter 20 are so in that it's unlikely anyone will understand all of them, maybe even most of them. For example, the entire Constinople gag is based on something Brad once said in the 2K1 auction house while there were only about 15 people in the room. I think Moon God only ever mentioned black ops twice, and their relation to Congress only once.

It's all ridiculous enough to be funny anyway, and understanding obscure jokes is fun.

Not that I picked up on many of them. I understood the part about Moon Goddess' unintuitive 'play Graal -> not old' reasoning, but that's not really very obscure.

Well, even if someone never knew about Moon Goddess saying that, they could still get it if they read chapter 2.
