I agree with Hoss for the most part.
Classic was based around guilds, and because of the decline in playercount, and the rise in global guilds, we lost touch with this. What I suggest would be a guild fort for guild wars (as there is no other suitable location for guild wars), which would follow the same rule of kill rating as Hoss suggested.
As for individual players, I think they should bring back the playerkills and playerdeaths webpage which indicated who had top stats on Classic.
I disagree when Hoss says quests aren't important. I believe having good quests gets the player hooked, and then they will stay and wait with excitement for the next quest.
