Yes..

There can be all sorts of things if you think about it. You could even have little airplanes fly around randomly and drop a crate with a useful weapon in it or something.

But you could have tents where you can sleep and regain health and stuff...

- Maybe make some special weapons.... you could have the airplane that flys around randomly drop one special weapon somewhere, and people will have to find it.. and the person who gets it will have a little bit of an advantage, but if they get killed the weapon is dropped and the other team can take it from the body.

Maybe have small ponds, or Wells, that contain water so that the player can use them and get a drink which would refill some energy and HP but it would take a while to drink it, and it wouldn't be safe to stay there for long..
