I also had an idea for the enviroment, in WW1 style kindof, with some kind of futuristic double decker where 2 or 3 people can fly with and then land with paracute. For the Zombies we could probably make it so that they automatically get the Zombie look when entering the battle zone, and may be regain hp faster, but not being able to use medkits?

And may be a way to make the killed people join the Zombie force? Wouldn't be easy for the humans then though

That's a really good idea, but to even it out if the humans turn to zombies after they die you should make some mounted guns and maybe a new vehicle that only the humans can use.
