Items should be dropped from monsters. The more rare of the items, the less chance you have of it dropping, but it is still possible. Still keep the super rare event items so you need to win an event to get it. But they really should have monsters drop items, so people can trade better and stuff.

Eg, Darkflame, Inferno, hammers, rows, miths, pmops?

I guess that would depriciate the value, but probably would solve the economical troubles.

People seem to think items are everything these days. Bring back the fun to GK.

Abolish levels. The best times were always when everyone was low levels so everyone had a chance against each other.

I think that instead of abolishing levels, it should be made so you can only wear items that are within a certain range of what you can enchant them to.
Similar to how you can't use weapons with more improvements than you can handle, you should only be able to wear items say, within +2 of your ability.
So say you can enchant something up to +2, you could wear armor and items up to +4.
This would stop people from just getting +12 everything right away.

It is not fun when 10 people on GK have all the 'rare' weapons and equipment that you can get.. On the whole server..

Exactly what syltburk said. Give everyone an odd to finding a rare item. Make good things drop so you can alchemy em' with the new recipes.

Not all the items, but alot of them. Still have event items and such, but things need to be dropped. And why isn't it fair if everyone can get items, only a certain group of people are allowed to have certain items?

Because its not as fun as monsters dropping items. Sorry I don't waste my USD and buy items like you. You probly pay USD to have people level you too.

I think items, even rare ones, should have like things only +1-2... I also think it should be easier to obtain these items... not so much, easier; make certian ones craftable on certian islands, dropable in certian places from certian monsters, avaiable only in certian stores, etc.

I think to improve RPing we need to stop worring about buying things for USD and stuff. Its retarded.

The type of armour and stuff should be for your protection but it should also match the character you are RPing.

Say for instance me and discharge would be walking around with a Paladin sword (Something similar to the ice flame sword), a big shield, and a nice set of armours. These items wouldn't be like +50 str +100 dex and stuff. Its nuts. :/

I just kinda think that there should be a bunch or recolours and redisigns to customize your own set of weapons and armours for your character and stop worring about the strength. -_-

Some monsters already drop items...but i mean use the diamonds they drop to buy your items...usually that works well. Mining for diamonds isn't bad either. What I would like to see is more events that a lower level person can win to actually obtain some of the rare items in the events place. All aorund more events team activity would also be nice. . Either that or make some sort of quest for the items. Although someone would probably com back and say "Do the gold key quest and sell them" Oh well, This is just my opinion. No flames, please.

Yeah Event them off so all the people that are stronger players can just win them. Even if they had low level events, the prizes for the low level peopl will be small, and the events they throw for the rare items will be most likely a spar and such to where a low level person would have no chance of getting it anyways.

It also goes the other way, Iv'e also seen this many times. When a new player comes along and gets in contact with the rare items, people hate that person because they are so jealous it excludes them from having a good time.

Level doesn't matter. I was killing Plasma who was 80 levels ahead of me easy with my bow. It's all about equipment, and more specifically, WC. WC + Bow = invincible. Now if it was only possible to get a level 30 person to -100 wc.. Stuck at -67 or so.

Plasma just has low ac ya know, even I can get him with -45wc..
And no, the level doesnt matter..
