Against whom? Likely, since GK is a server, you mean another server? How could it be battling with another server - they're all owned by Linux cyberjoueurs, why would they fight with themselfs?

GK is made by stefan while Maloria is made by an unpaid player, I would have to tell you to think before you post zero, even though that server is owned by cyberjoueurs someone still made a simple server with everything folks want, i find that pretty amazing since that is the only other server with an actual level system, Everyone else is working on good graphics lately but just don't have the largest list of ideas for their server.

Maloria seems to have updates every week or so, and that's a good thing, or else it gets terribly boring not having anything NEW and FAIR. (key words there, they work best together)

Anyways i gave all my items to Mike_Zakuto and will just wait for something to happen, until then GK is not worth going to.

There are 50 players on GK today, and 50 on Maloria.
Tomorrow there is 25 on GK and 75 on Maloria.
The day after there is 15 on GK and 85 on Maloria.

Stefan is not losing profits. Graal survives. There is no battle.

Oh? Now I'm truely interested - because as far as I know Vlad isn't corrupt, and as much as you love to believe that I banned you, I didn't. So if you want to call me corrupt just because you don't like me, that's fine, but you're using the wrong word - you mean to say you're being spiteful. Graal Kingdoms never really had a chance agaisnt the #1 or #2 classic server, there are more players with classic lifetime than with gold account. Yesterday there were 50+ players online. We are working on the new mudlib which will bring a lot of new stuff into the game, and fix some old bugs then.
Zurkiba, stop your annoying demotivation. If you are doing a server then you need to plan in long term. Graal Kingdoms will be improved as well as Zone.

Was about time? but it wont really fix much.... Gk condened their selfs =/ and there is nothing to do about it.

If the server resets, most of the "cool" people will get annoyed
If the server dosnt reset most of the normal peeps will just leave to mal,un or whatever...

Offtopic: Usding, dosnt matter the server, its SAD.

Most of the GK players play Maloria now.
Once you get past level 40 all there is left is to idle and pk mainly. I quit at level 41, I got bored with GK aswell as I wanted to help Era more.
While I was on GK I didn't pay any attention to Era.
You have to make the players to keep playing after level 41 because nothing is worth it after that.
(At level 41 you can get your god relics (If you are smart),20 base stats,30+phys) All I see players trying to do now is level up, there is no actuall challange to GK anymore.

GK has become utterly awful, recently. The kingdoms are poorly, not to mention oft corruptly run, and they're designed to run on a premise that doesn't really work in the first place -- realistically, for a person to be a kingdom leader, they would have to devote a good portion of their lives to this game. ... with some exceptions, this is generally not the case.

Assume then, that if a person in power devotes a good amount of time in their life to the game, that other prospects (Job, college, etc.) become less and less likley.

Further, speculate that if one cannot keep a job due to being utterly enraptured into a game, they will begin to search for money IN the game, and we get USD'ing.

Eventually, they get flamed half to death because they know how to manipulate the system and get USD. Then, they are either banned, or simply driven to madness by people (notably the same 4, or 5 people) senelessly flaming them on the forums.

In essence, the very system upon which GK stands is alot like communism, in that it's a wonderful idea, but it just doesn't really stand up.
