The possibility of making a new account and transferring the time to that new account and deleting the old one would not be a very good idea, folks would use that to possibly unban themselves, ban evaision = bad.

Then make banned accounts unable to transfer time, or accounts that have recently been banned have any recent transfer revoked... Well, I guess it would be too many headaches, knowing you people ... Thanks for everyone's input. I consider this thread and my dreams killed. Rofl.
