How good are you at MS paint?

Not really, Colors are so limited, and That tree seemed to take forever in paint. They basically round the colors up to 5 basic colors of the hue you selected.

You can use as many colors as you want x.x There's no color limit in paint..?

There isnt, you can add however many colors you want, however you only can apply one color at a time, more advanced programs allow brush simulation with transparent opacity type brushs as well.

Double click on a specific color on the palette and it brings up a color selection window.

Stop trying to sound like you know what your talking about. You didn't even use proper grammar; "Opacity Type"? Try; Opaque. Anyways, Photoshop and PSP are not more advanced than MSPaint, just have different uses. MSPaint is fine if you want to make pixel art, but if not, then don't use it.
