haunter is on a distinguished road
It all looks very blocky, flat, and jagged... Was it made this way to cut down on system requirements?

When working with a full-fledged 3d game it's imporant that things always look pretty from every angle. I know it can be rather difficult when forced to work with a low poly-count. But first thing people are going to notice about your game now-a-days (always before purchasing) is how it looks. I can say that that's what I look at first.

Anyway, I dont know who you have on your design team (models, textures/skins, levels) But Im sure you've found people who know what they're doing. Just keep at it.

Perhaps my expectaions are too high... I was looking for a sort of Morrowind Online, visual wise.

I think the idea of a Graal3d can work, mainly because of the easy Playerworld making capabilities. Just remember not to make it too easy to start one (Like with the 2D ones, $100 for a server for a year no questions asked?) or everyone will want to start their own and help will be spread too thin. No one will want to team up, because they wouldn't be in charge anymore. Perhaps have the PWA review potention PWs BEFORE they can have a server. Quality over quantity... Then again, quantity is probably making you more money. :P
