A hacker was seen approximately 8:00P.M. (Eastern) Christmas Eve.

It seemed to be a string editing system he was using. Here are the details..

This person had a default speed a bit higher than the sprint speed (around .5 higher).

He would constantly have his knife out (The end of the stab gani for the knife), and would do damage every .05 seconds.
