I fixed that by throwing a nade at it (thats me top left saying STOP THE LAMENESS)

That was the restart of the npcserver i guess, just reconnect in such a case
About mouse aiming: should there be a special key to switch to mouse aiming, and the player is walking slower then ?

Well I think people that use it should be put at a disadvantage, as they have an advantage of better accuracy.
