i look through this topic and all I see is a lack of dedication.

Please do not misunderstand, I was dedicated to the server I worked upon. We simply had some issues with those who were in charge. Powers were constantly being shifted, given and taken away. Lots of complications with the gmap proved difficult to upload levels properly as well. Although during all this chaos we did manage to have fun.

Although the last time I checked on it, the server looked like a horrible Kingdoms remake. Sad that it had to end that way

You either dedicate 90% of your Graal time to the server you work for... or you don't work for a server.

I get rather annoyed when staff are off having a laugh while the rest of us work and then they only come on for a little while

Not True. I started out as an ET and most people on SL never knew who I was really. People got to know me better and saw my talent and I eventually became Manager. It can happen to anyone

I was willing to dedicate myself to 2k1, as was Shadowless. Lack of support from the other staff, and lack of scripting drove us to quit. I mean, I haven't heard from Lance/Tseng in a month.

Yeah. One could argue that I actually had enemies in high places when I became staff on UN.
