Elemental Kingdoms Fine Again

After a hacker, 2 corrupt staff and a gmap problem, EK is fully operational again, so all of the people that were sent away, We are fully operational again. Please come back i hate seeing the empty player screen lol well we will be adding some more weapons soon and a way to upgrade certain weapons..

WTF my rcs are well protected the hacker was because one of the staff's brother found his pasword, cam eon and delted a bunch of stuff, all our rcs are ip protected.

So, why bother calling someone like that a hacker? He is surely not.

Most people on this game, aside from a select forgotten few, use programs and crap that are downloaded from somewhere else. No real hacking involved, just a few simple clicks of the mouse. They don't deserve to ba called hackers.

Good luck you you, even though I have heard bad stories about this sever.

You think it's funny you have no players?

If it's someones brother, maybe you should fire the staff so you don't get "hacked" again? If their brother can get on and delete tons of stuff, maybe you should reconsider if the person deserves as many rights as they have.

No I don't really think it's funny, just laughing to calm myself down, I am not happy lately. I did fire that person and ip banned them from my server. And when did you say ANYTHING about upgrading weapons? Your server barely has weapons, let alone upgrading them. Any ideas you think I steal from you I was planning already and was surprised when I saw you with it. ALso I never said I may try that on my server for any of your things. I have said wow that was a good idea, but didnt use it, and i have said that seems sdimilar to something on my PW (that i already had BTW)

We all know that as soon as one innovative feature comes out it is horribly reproduced a hundred times over. So, even if you did have an idea first, it is still going to be on every other identical playerworld in a matter of time.

Doesn't matter if someone steals your idea. You can't do squat. You dont have a patent on your work or ideas. GraalOnline owns everything uploaded on their servers.

If someone "steals" your idea, get over it and hope yours is better.

Actually, there is quite an array of weapons on my server already completed and more in development. Right now we are working on improving old graphics before making new graphics. I only gave out a few weapons but there is a lot more that you (or any other normal player) doesn't see.

I don't give out tons of different weapons to everyone because then more and more people will log on, and I can't work and have to "entertain" them.

Please remember:
Lots of things are hidden from players. Such as upgrading weapons.
You know I told you about upgrading elements when you said I was using the element idea and I explained to you how my way is different.

I remember when you saw the custom sign system you said "I like this thing Im gonna try it on EK"

I'm waiting for the amount of times that he logged in that surprises me. He told your "custom sign" idea. Not upgradable weapons. Lemme guess. KOTOR stole it from you...OR MAYBE FINAL FANTASY.

WTH are you talking about? I said hey I like your sign system ill have ours up soon. I already have it planned and can implement it when im not busy with everything. I had planned having every system custom sooner or later, please dont twist my words.

No offense to anything on Elemental Kingdoms, but Slash's offer has more to offer. Looks better, has a nice terrian to make it look better. Slash also has the ideas I know he did make from when I worked with him before. He just seems to be fitting the Element name better than your server has. Plus, with the type of server you are running, having elements involved with gameplay, the default tileset doesn't look as great.

How does he fit the element name more? He doesn't use them yet. I Don't use the default tileset, I use a slightly modded version, and will get a newer one soon. Also Our Levels are MUCH more detailed than theirs, and we have more to offer for players right now.

Did I not stress this enough?

Our inside tileset is being worked on. Every level is TEMPORARY. They are not meant to look great.

Zero is scripting the Element system right now. By the way please remember your the one whos under hosted meaning ready to show and I'm not

. Theres much more to be done before I'm ready to release.

I'm not competing with anyone on amount of content right now. I'm trying to get the systems solid and some good scripts done before I go making tons of levels. Yes, my server is fairly new, but at the rate of things being done, somebody's gonna have some competition

Yeah we are slowing down a bit, but we are hosted tab and have a lot of content after only a few months of exisating, some servers have died and been deleted by this point. Also i am hiring more people for Elemental kingdoms, Developers, ganiers and SATs right now, so we should expand some more soon. Some soon to see features include:

1.Upgrading Weapons

2.Several Elemental Towns with new Weapons.

3. Water Kingdom (Hopefully)

4. New Monsters (Jellies and Dark Flames)

5. Monster parts (may be used in some weapon upgrades or may be sellable not sure)

These are in an estimated order. I have a script for a really good upgrading weapons system started but It seems it may take a while, I may have a temporary one at first.

C'mon, gimme a break! I guess now that Graal Classic has Fullhearts I can no longer use them on my server.

If somebody "steals" your idea then elaborate on your idea and make it that better. Every game ever made was influenced by a similar game, but changed and tuned to a different level.

But Graal Classic is the original, the quests make it fun, and all the people who play there. I'm just saying, you should try to move away from the direction of pics1.png. I mean, you have a nice idea, I've been to your server, but you need to expand it more. Right now, it seems like a regular server with groups of elements.

What do you mean choose an element? Like when you first start playing? That's almost the same as choosing a class, kingdom, etc.

heh the elements are seperate from classes, but the basis is the same, though each element has weapons with their own special properties
