Regeneration

I remember a long time ago when praying and all other skills had a delay implemented to prevent people from praying like 10 seconds to get things that take 10 minutes to get now. The unfortunate result of this is a very obnoxious cap on HP and SP regeneration. The fix from before that limited just praying is now limiting HP and SP regeneration and people wonder why there isn't much difference from wearing a regeneration+1 ring and a Ring of War...

And to clarify... yes I'm posting this because it takes 10 whole minutes of waiting to recover all 602 of my SP.

I use a roe/rot and it takes about 5 minutes to heal my 82 sp X-x.
So yea, Fix it please.

EDuses like dual RoTs, and enchanted whatever he could to give him +pow probably... :o

Why duel RoT's? (Ring of Thiefs?).
And Wand's should be able to prep as long as you can only add pow/wis/int/cha stuff onto it, No dex/str/con.

I've also noticed that sp takes awhile to regen.
It takes me a good four minutes to regen my 270 sp no matter what rings i have on.
Furtermore, hp doesn't seem to regen very fast either, despite dual row.

lol, I use duel rots with 104 sp, with a roe/rot i get 130+ or something.

I noticed that if you cast grace spells and then pray your mana regens faster. about 1 every 2 grace XD Just a suggestion.
602 spellpoints wow, that means if you cast rune of transferrance a buch of times then run over it you could get like 1204/602 mana.
