That's what happens when there's not enough developers in the community.
(See: Shadowless was the only person doing something.) Zen told me he would help out with graphics, and I offered to tell him a few things needed, but he insisted on only taking requests from Lance.

That was worked out already.

Development, however, is slow for the aforementioned reason.

I could try doing some volunteer work if you guys are desperate, but expect short hiatuses of laziness.

I could do the bodies or something, if that hasn't already been worked on, yet.

As for bodies, I stopped doing them a long time ago for some reason, which I just remember as I was typing this post.
I think I needed more sprites on the bodies, and no one was willing to make them.

Uh? I gave 2k1 the body gfx I made which were like the classic style but slightly more detailed and seperated so the clothes could be changed on the body... I dunno if that's what you're talking about or what.

I think 2k1 would be great if it came back with the classic look only enhanced, instead of bigger bodies and a different fighting/hp system.

I would be willing to help if I thought the project would ever get off the ground. But I think 2k1 is gone for good... It just can't come back without a full active development team.

As for Tseng... well I was on RC the day he was complaining about Era. I don't recall him specifically saying he wanted management, but as he is "global staff", asking the global staff to handle it would include himself.

The development team won't come back because there is no development team. It's a vicious cycle.

Without active members, the development team will not form.
With a development team, no one wants to be active.

Welcome to the redundancy department of redundancy.

The fact is that we need nostalgic old oldbiesmewho want to do something for the server, even with no active devteam.

Yeah, those. The clothes only had idle and possibly walking sprites, and no one fealt like bringing them farther than that. D: So I gave up with them.

Besides, I realized that larger clothes (armor, helmets, etc) might become a problem, and you might have to constantly stick to a similar template, like how 2k2 is.

If if Shadowless will come back, and Lance takes the proper actions to find a NAT willing to script the new Kingdom systems and the such, I will continue to do graphics.
