I am very stable - I just disagree passionately about the direction high authorities are taking this game and I voice them freely.

I'd rather have someone working for me that would openly voice their opinion and work to change something they feel isn't right then someone who just stands there and agrees with everything you say.

I would rather have someone working for me who's opinion is not going to keep popping up every time something happens that they don't like. Sometimes you just have to cope. You're allowed to voice your opinion, but you're not allowed to attack the people who make it or do so in a flaming manner. This is because the entire point is to have a staff with professional conduct.

If you find someone who all they do is agree with you, nothing will get improved. If I dislike something, I will talk to the person, tell them how to fix it, quite possibly fix it myself, and we will all be happy at the improvements. You apparently have a temper. You have to be moderately patient to be a PWA. Besides, it isn't our job to tell Stefan what to do. We handle playerworld affairs.

And Crono is awesome, he should of got the position. I personally didn't try out because I know some of the higher up staff have personal vendettas against me, but eh. Whatever, I get to help out on PWs anyway (Sometimes acting as Lances assistant by request)

I was actually reffering to Thallen. He'd make a great American PWA, but as for the Europeans, Growlz owns me. Though I dont see how I could have done a bad job at being PWA...

Im starting to sense a hint of jealousy. Not jealousy towards me, but you seem jealous of everyone. I mean, why else would you be so grumpy all the time, and so negative when things dont go your way. You should live life for how it is, because not everything goes the way you want it to go. It doesnt matter what made Spark choose GrowLz and Calani to be PWA, what matters is if they will do a good job or not. We wont know if they will do a good job or not, until they actually begin working. Im sure if they do a poor job, spark will act upon it. Until then, support spark's decision and support the current PWA members. If im not mistaken, an argument like this was in the last PWA hiring. People saying that the people who were picked would do a horrible job. Why?, well maybe because they didnt make it and were angry and/or jealous.

I agree that no globals should be involved in the decision-making except for Stefan/unix/Spark. For example, nothing against calani, but from sources who I may not name, calani is supposedly --Chris--'s girlfriend... so obviously --Chris-- and probably all of his global friends go "hire her hire her". Like I said, NOTHING against you calani, I just feel it is an unfair advantage to go asking other globals for their opinion.

Hrmm, i remember someone was discussing that, Xile. That Calani is --Chris--'s girlfriend and that may have had a major effect in the decision of the global picking. But, once again, its something that you will never find out. So, theres no point on bothering. Im sure if she does a bad job she will be removed, just got to wait and see.

Actually, i have some proof on how Calani being choosen was bias/unfair...but im not going to post it, since it really doesnt matter anymore. We just have to wait and see if she does a good job or not.
