So, basically, if someone made a review that blew your mind but the other globals didnt like them, they wouldnt get hired? Seems quite bias.

That would depend on why the global didn't like them. If they didn't like them because they went around cussing or were sexually harassing people, then that's certainly a legitimate reason. If it is because that person beat the global in a spar tournement, that is not a legitimate reason. I'm not saying those were actual accusations, those are just an example.


EDIT: Being an ungracious non-hiree doesn't look too good either. Those of you who are bashing should straighten up if you hope to become anything positive in this community.

I am very stable - I just disagree passionately about the direction high authorities are taking this game and I voice them freely.

I'd rather have someone working for me that would openly voice their opinion and work to change something they feel isn't right then someone who just stands there and agrees with everything you say.

I would rather have someone working for me who's opinion is not going to keep popping up every time something happens that they don't like. Sometimes you just have to cope. You're allowed to voice your opinion, but you're not allowed to attack the people who make it or do so in a flaming manner. This is because the entire point is to have a staff with professional conduct.

If you find someone who all they do is agree with you, nothing will get improved. If I dislike something, I will talk to the person, tell them how to fix it, quite possibly fix it myself, and we will all be happy at the improvements. I'm not going to go up to my boss every time they do something and go "HEY U FRKN RETARD U JUS MESSED DAT UP FOO NOW GET BAK TO WURK AND FX IT!"

Excuse me, everytime theres a thread about anything related to half life you pop out with your half asses comments about steam.

And Crono is awesome, he should of got the position. I personally didn't try out because I know some of the higher up staff have personal vendettas against me, but eh. Whatever, I get to help out on PWs anyway (Sometimes acting as Lances assistant by request)

I was actually reffering to Thallen. He'd make a great American PWA, but as for the Europeans, Growlz owns me. Though I dont see how I could have done a bad job at being PWA...
