As you will eventually find out since you all have been slacking off most of you have been fired. I did this because i only want top workers at Ek, and when i used to not care, people never worked. Now i do care. Work or be fired at Elemental Kingdoms, thats that!!

unless they don't get on. I think it's a private matter personally, but I'm just a poster. Of course I don't think you'll also be getting the "top workers at Ek" but I think more along the lines of "hard workers at Ek."

If they cared about their job they would contact you. They didn't cut you any slack by not showing up to work so the least they deserve is nothing.

When you hire staff, you should at least have a way to contact them x.x.. ((Other them RC.. Like AIM or MSN or something..))

You don't need to, but trust me, it's pretty useful, and for a case like this, it's rather better then posting on the forums about it.
