I'm not a moderator; at least not in this part of the forums. I as a forumgoer raised a valid question. You've yet to respond to my points, instead choosing to foolishly insult myself and Kaimetsu. Sorry, buddy, but that just doesn't fly around here.

This reminds me sort of how GPs used to handle profanity in profile cases by taking into account that you didn't necessarily HAVE TO look in the profile, when the answer is clear as day that the profanity should be removed and the person spend time in jail or get banned.

Your statement makes no sense. Wouldn't the GP have to look in the profile to see that the profanity is there?
