To Defraud Someone or Scam someone is illegal in both daily life and the net according to U.S. Law and games count to do you know how many gamers sell items they get on games.... so your causing someone a gain or loss in anycase. anyways this thread is now retarded and needs to cease its becoming as bad as a cheasesteak restraunt just pointless.

I will compare two similar situations.

I can ban someone if they use a trainer without a direct warning because there has aready been a warning before the person used it (example, in Classic, the rules say no trainer using. That's the warning).

My warning was that if you scam me, you are banned.

I think you are receiving a really fair punishment. You scammed me after I warned you about scamming, simple as that.

I'm banning you for 12 hours. In those 12 hours, you could have gained 6000 plats, an immense map, and a woodlore scroll. You chose to stay banned rather than work for these items. I gave you both options yet you refused to give me my items back.

You have about 11 hours left.

Yea, and he's breaking a rule by posting about corrupt staff. I've said that about 3 times so far yet he refuses to stop.

Foolish people, read this:

Exchanging Items & 'Scamming'

"Character-owned items, such as tools, houses, and bomy pets, may be auctioned or traded within Graal's auction or trading features. If, due to bugs in the system, there are discrepancies between the buyer/seller terms and the actual result, GraalOnline will make all reasonable attempts to rectify the situation.

Any exchange of materials outside GraalOnline secured exchange locations, falls under the term 'caveat emptor', or 'buyer beware.' In other words, GraalOnline will not be responsible for rectifying broken promises, incomplete trades, etc. in such a setting. If trading outside Graal 'sanctioned' trading locations, trade only with players you can trust.

This 'caveat emptor' approach does not mean Scamming is legal, only that it is difficult to prove. If Graal Police witness a scam directly they may punish the offending player. The best way to avoid being scammed is to only trade within secure trading facilities in Graal."

Also about being warned and stuff:

"In certain circumstances, such as extremely abusive behavior, a user may be locked out without warning or notice of any kind. However, GraalOnline will follow up with an Email explaining why this step was taken."

"GraalOnline reserves the right to make special-case adjustments to its policies and the steps it takes concerning violation of these policies."

So guess what? Lyndzey wins.

I warned you before we had the trade.

I will use this example for the third time. Must I put this in bold also? If an account uses a trainer, do I have to warn it before banning it even though it's against the rules?

this is a different type of warning, and yes you must warn before banning a trinaer user, have you ever heard so it shall be written so it shall be done?

I wasn't aware I had to do this. I don't think the managers of Graal servers/GPs of the Graal servers knew this either. I guess all the GPs are breaking the rules when they ban a trainer user on site.

BAN EVASION.

You just broke a rule, and no, I am not warning you for ban evading. You receive an additional 12 hours ban time you went on another account while you were banned. IPs can prove it.

So now, even though you were banned fairly for the scamming, you got yourself into more trouble by ban evading.

Ban evasion is considered extremely abusive behavior. As for the scamming, it says right there in zell12's post that if a staff sees it happen, then the person can be banned.

I was referring to use of trainers. Warnings are not required for that. And since you DON'T listen, here it is again:
LYNDZEY ALREADY WARNED YOU THAT IF YOU SCAMED HER YOU WOULD BE BANNED!

The answer to this is obvious.

Lyndzey is being extremely corrupt, and abusing her power by banning him.
Stefan has stated , and I believe unixmad as well "Items dropped on the ground are no longer the owners property" (not the exact quote).

With that in mind, Lyndzey abused her power. He should be unbanned immediatly, or Lyndzey temporarily banned for the time this player has lost. (Of course, it won't happen, because Graal doesn't enforce the rules often...and this situation proves high staff make up rules for personal benefit).

I say: If Lyndzey uses her power for personal gain, like shown here, then the power she holds (on GK, at least) should be removed.

Lyndzey has every right to administer this punishment, she is not breaking any rule in doing so. Denori, you were given fair warning before the event occured, and you could've been punished with a ban even if the warning had not been given. The only fault here is yours and, given your habit of aggrieving Graal's customers, I can only say that you should've been banned for much longer.
