why am i banned? i have broken no rules and it said for scamming. Setefan, i believe you said scamming is legal? what right did anyone have to ban me?

Lets see, I told you over and over "if you scam me here, I'll ban you." You then said "I know I know". I put my staff tag on. We did not use the trading tables because you claimed they were buggy. I chose to be nice and use the ground just in case. You scammed me, so I banned you.

You warned me ONCE on your forest tag, and scamming is perfectly legal, nothing can be done about it, you know, Stefan told everyone that.

When you are warned by a staff member and you ignore the warning, you can be banned.

You were on your Forest tag when you saiid it and when i scammed you you had just put on your staff tag

You may be an acount admin but that does not mean you can tell me what or what not to do concerning playing the game, your job is to make sure accounts are safe and everything else not to be the judge on a game

Not true, DragonX could tell you that I put my tag on before we made the trade.

When you told me the tables were buggy, I didn't want either of us to lose any items so I decided to safe trade by wearing my tag. I said "if you scam me, you will be banned". You ignored my warning which is why you were banned.

If she has a staff tag on the local server, she also has juristiction on the server

Denori, you are also breaking a rule by making a thread about the corruption of staff (although I wouldn't consider this corrupt to ban you after you ignore my warning)

How long is he banned? Why doesnt he just give you back what he skammed and we be done with this?

So your telling me if im on the playerworld Era and and Accounts admind tells me not to walk, i can be banned? Since when can accounts admin be the ruler of the game?

Because he refused to do so. I asked him if he could give them back after he scammed me but he just said ;). I will eventually unban him since he only scammed me like hours and hours of work.

Ive been perma-banned for a warning which i did not recie, what she told me was that there was a rule already out there, which there wasnt, so i did not break any rule so therefor i should not be banned

I think it is unfair how when Geno skammed me and admited it nothing was done yet when someone skams staff the skammer gets teh ban hammer......

I never said there was a rule. I simply said that I would do this unsafe trading because the trading tables are new and I don't completely trust them. I asked you after you ignored my warning and scammed me if you wanted to give me my stuff back, but your refused.

If you read it carefully, that was not a warning, the way you said it it was already a rule;"ill put on my staff tag so if u scam your banned" that isnt a warning, that means there is something that says that i will get banned for scamming staff

In that case he should be banned untill you get your stuff back. Like in my earlyer post I think skaming is unfair. But all skammers should be banned untill the people who were skamed get their stuff back not just when a staff member is skammed.

When Sansrata is up I will have staff going around levels watching trades and there will be fair trading systems like tables which will cost no money. This way no one gets skammed and there are less problems :).

Yea, that is a warning. "IF you scam me, THEN you will be banned" (proper english).

Davidspy, we can't really prevent scamming. But isn't it better to try and prevent it? I trusted this guy by not using the trading tables. I think about two-three people have told me they have lost an item on the trading tables.

the main point of this thread is scamming isnt bannable, so why not unban me?

Yes I totally agree I'm on your side. It was wrong he skammed you I'm just saying Graal kingdoms should make it impossable to skam people and cost nothing. Then we wouldent have so many problems.

I think I'm actually being pretty fair. You scammed me 6000 platinum coins, an immense map, and woodlore, and I'm letting you be banned while you are sleeping.

Because you stoled her stuff every skammer should be banned untill they give the stuff back. It is impossable to stop it always but when you skam a staff member they are the staff... You shouldent skam anyone I never have...

It is safe, but the trading tables have been glitched up before. I think SmokeyX somehow lost items there and a couple other guys who I don't know.

Denori, let me remind you that it is illegal to make threads about corrupt staff. You're risking being banned on the forums too.

Hmm well good job I dont think he should be unbanned for at least 24 hours but unban him in 12 if you want. I really dislike skamming and how can this guy think he can skam a staff member and not get away with it?

When you think about it he should be forced to give the stuff back untill then he should be banned. Its stupid how you have to work for 12 hours to get back your stuff :(.

I think I'm being very fair with him. I have asked for my stuff back, but I will not force a person to give me something. Maybe he will change his mind about the banning, but I doubt it.

I'm sorry, I didn't realize I had to tell you why scamming a staff member who was on tag who warned you not to scam was illegal.

Not only is it legal, but also you cannot ban me the first time but you must give me a warning instead

If that's the case, I guess I have to "warn" people once before I ban them for trainer using.

Ok lets say you were trading with Stefan and he told you not to skam him then you skam him and he bans you...

You shouldent be playing graal if you dont know its not right to skam people and staff.

Do you not understand.... she is a administrator and staff member of graal online she gave you a warning if you lacked thought when ignoring her warning that is your fault. If you see a bee's nest and go near it and get stung it is your fault.

Please don't compare situations that are completely different.

There is a big difference. One thing you are the one at fault. Second Stefan never said to skam people I'm sure he doesnt want people to do it.... Third that would be corrupt. Banning you for skamming is not since you are at fault and your being unbanned in 12 hours...
